1. Maintain the dignity and self-respect of service users at all times by providing a high standard of care in an efficient, kind, and respectful manner.
2. Maintain infection control measures and be aware of them.
3. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times, and always wear the proper uniform while on duty.
4. As needed, take part in training sessions and fire drills.
5. As directed, mentor new members of staff.
6. Be prepared to take on additional household or other responsibilities as needed.
7. Uphold safety standards
8. Report any accidents involving employees or service users.
9. Obey all written and verbal employment conditions, such as hours of duty, days of duty, timekeeping, and so on.
10. Make certain that any concerns about service users are not shared with others or discussed outside of the home
